Starter License Agreement

This license is an agreement between you and OneMinuteWorld (“we”, “us”), based in New York. It covers the 3D design files (STL and similar files, the “Designs”) you download from oneminuteworld.com with a Starter membership. By downloading a Design, you agree to it.

1. What your membership includes

Your Starter membership includes 1 print token a month (designs from the monthly catalogue: drops from the last 5 weeks). Each print token unlocks one Design. Once unlocked, the Design stays in your account, even if your membership later ends (see “If your membership ends” below).

2. What you may do

  • Download the Design and keep copies for your own backup.
  • Print the Design as many times as you like for yourself.
  • Give prints away as free gifts (no payment, trade or donation in return).
  • Change scale, colours or settings and make small changes so it prints well on your printer.
  • Post photos and videos of your prints online. Please credit OneMinuteWorld, we love seeing them!

3. What you may not do

  • Share, upload, sell, give away or trade the files themselves, in their original or a changed form, anywhere (file sites, marketplaces, Discord, cloud folders, print farms, etc.).
  • Sell prints, or use them for any commercial purpose (including selling at markets, in shops, online, or as paid prizes or promotions). For that, upgrade to Seller.
  • Claim the Design as your own, or remove our name from it.
  • Use the Design, or prints of it, to train AI models or to make files for others.
  • Use the Design in anything illegal, hateful or harmful, or in a way that suggests we endorse you.
  • Share your account or print tokens with other people.

4. Ownership

We (or the artists who made them for us) keep all rights to the Designs. This license lets you use them; it doesn’t transfer ownership. Anything not allowed here is not allowed.

5. Printing safety

Designs are provided as they are. You print and use them at your own risk. Check your printer settings, materials and the finished print before use, and keep small parts away from small children and pets. Prints are not food-safe or toys unless you make them so with suitable materials and checks.

6. If your membership ends

Designs you already unlocked stay available to you for personal use under this license, forever. You won’t get new print tokens until you join again.

7. If the rules are broken

If you break this license, we may end it, close your account and ask you to delete the files and stop using or selling prints. We may also take legal action where needed.

8. Limits of our responsibility

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect or unexpected losses from using the Designs or prints, and our total responsibility is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Changes and law

We may update this license; the date at the top shows the latest version, and it applies to downloads made after that date. This license is governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA.
